Full payments must be sent before your art / Commission will be worked on or completed. (Initial ROUGH sketches are free, and when approved by you, FULL payments must be sent BEFORE I begin working on completing your art. --- I am open to discussing and using payment plans depending on order prices)

MOP / method of payment is: Ko-fi (accepts all methods) and PayPal.

All sales are final. No refunds unless I have not started your commission or cannot make your commission or there is some viable reason to issue a refund. Please be fully aware of my terms of service and what you are purchasing from me.

TAT is 1 to 4 weeks. May be longer or shorter depending on many various factors. I will communicate with you through the whole process about this and let you know.

You understand that the art you have commissioned and various versions of it, like WIPs and process images may be shared on the artist's pages / platforms and used for my personal portfolios and for promotional purposes of the artist's work. (If you wish for me not to share any artworks created for you, there is a an additional upcharge due to the restrictive nature of it for self-promotional and portfolio needs.)

Commercial use (digital use) = 2X your total price.

Commercial use (physical use) = 3X your total price.

Contract for Commercial use: the % percentage of money received by the artist changes / varies per project and must be discussed and agreed upon given the information on the project. (If you choose to form a contract instead of paying the doubled or tripled prices, this contract is an agreement that the artist will receive royalties / money for the sold merch whether digital, physical, or both; and will continue to receive those royalties for an indefinite amount of time; or for a mutually agreed upon amount of time. This contract renews automatically if there is a gap in your sales at any point.)

Please be aware that add-ons, like backgrounds, extra details, companions, complex armor/weaponry, fanservice (mild NSFW) and complexity WILL RAISE AND ALTER THE PRICING. (Please see info on other side of this page.)

Major revisions must be made in the sketching and inking phases. Additional edits at any time after this phase will be an upcharge ranging from $5 to $25 per edit.

I do not use, and do not approve the use of my art for NFTs, Bitcoin, AI or any other similar things that exist in or around these spaces. I do not condone my work to be altered in any way for these purposes either.

By commissioning this artist, (candiiiuwu) you are making a conscious and voluntary decision to understand and, therefore, fully and automatically agree to all of the artist's terms of service.
