Full payments must be sent before your art will be worked on. ^{(I usually always do the initial sketches for free first, and when approved by you, FULL payments are sent and then I begin working on your art. --- however, I am open to discussing and using payment plans for purchases that are priced $80 and over)}

MOP/method of payment is: Ko-fi _{(accepts all methods)} and PayPal.

All sales are final. No refunds unless I have not started your commission or cannot make your commission or there is some viable reason to issue a refund. Please be fully aware of my terms and what you are purchasing.

TAT is 3 to 7 days, but may be longer depending on many various factors. I will communicate with you through the whole process about this.

Your art and various versions of it, like WIPs and process images may be shared on my pages and used for my personal portfolios. ^{(if you wish for me not to share any artworks created for you, there is a slight upcharge due to the restrictive nature of it for self-promotional and portfolio needs.)}

Commercial use (digital) = 2X your total price.

Commercial use (merch) = 3X your total price.

Contract art and the % percentage of money received changes per project ^{(if you don't wish to pay the doubled or tripled prices for commercial works, a contract must be formed instead and I will receive royalties of sold merch, digital and physical for an indefinite amount of time; or for a mutually agreed upon amount of time. Contract renews automatically if there is a gap in your sales at any point.)}

Please be aware that add-ons, like backgrounds, extra details, companions, complex armor/weaponry, fanservice (mild NSFW) and complexity will raise prices. ^{(please see info on other side of page)}

Major revisions must be made in the sketching and inking phases. Additional edits at any time after this phase will be fee for the first 3 edits and then will be a $5 to $15 upcharge for each edit change after that.

I do not use, and do not approve the use of my art for NFTs, Bitcoin, AI or any other similar things that exist in or around these spaces. I do not condone my work to be altered in any way for these purposes either.

By commissioning the artist, you are making a conscious decision to understand and, therefore, fully and automatically agree to all of their terms of service.
